Serbians Officials Threaten Talks With Armed Forces

Serbia's State Secretary Dusan Prorokovic said yesterday, that the use of military forces will not be "an active paper" anymore, in the event that the Albanian government of the Serbian province Kosovo declares its independence and is recognized by UN, EU or its allies. Preliminary Election Date For Kosovo

While Russia is strongly opposed to a UN plan of giving the Serbian province Kosovo independence, the UN administration that governs the Kosovo since 1999 agreed on a preliminary election date for the ethnic Albanian majority in Kosovo.
