Is God a democrat?
Is God a democrat?
That depends of what the individual think who God is.
As a Christian, I know that God created men en women equally, but He gave them a distinct purpose or function in life, and that is for women to nurture and for men to provide.
So if we see God or want to know God from a christian point of vieuw, God, although He created men and women equaly in His image, He create them man and Woman.
Democracy as the governments want it, is to do away with God's allotted functions of the gender. Now, man must nurture and women must provide. There are many more examples to show
why God's form of democray differs from man's perception of what democracy is.
Then I saw a women on the screen saying that Jesus is a democrat.
How can she say that Jesus is a democrat if she does not know who Jesus is. Jesus is the Word of God and therefore is God according to the Christian Bible. Jesus is Christ and if she would know wat Jesus said, she would no longer say that He is a democrat.
Here is what Jesus said: "I am the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father but by me".
That would be in the world's democratic concept
something divisive and hateful, and I believe shall one day be banned from the coming democratic world.
If it comes to that, what happens to democracy.
Democracy to me must first and formost be a concept of freedom of religion. How painful sometimes it may sound.
I believe that for Christians it is tollerable
to live in a democratic world, but for non-christians it is hard to live in a believing world.
That is why freedom of religion will become taboo in a democracy.
