Serbians Officials Threaten Talks With Armed Forces

Serbia's State Secretary Dusan Prorokovic said yesterday, that the use of military forces will not be "an active paper" anymore, in the event that the Albanian government of the Serbian province Kosovo declares its independence and is recognized by UN, EU or its allies.
